Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We want The Growing Heart Collection to be read, loved and kept. If it isn't right for your family, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund.

How to request a refund

1. Email family@grownbygod.com with your order number and a short note on what went wrong.
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with next steps. If we need the collection back, we'll send you a prepaid US return label, so returning it costs you nothing.
3. Once we approve your refund, it goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as we can't match unannounced parcels to an order.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your collection arrives damaged, or with a misprinted or missing book, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to return the damaged item.

Cancelling a pre-order

You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Just email us with your order number. If we can't ship by the date shown when you ordered, we'll email you before that date with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Gifts

If you received the collection as a gift and it isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange the return and refund the original purchaser.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the law where you live.
