These terms apply when you use this website or buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Please also read our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy, which form part of these terms.
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming that we've received it. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll refund you in full.
Products marked "Pre-order" have not shipped yet. Payment is taken when you order, and we'll ship by the date shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. If we can't meet that date, we'll email you before it with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships.
Prices are in US dollars. Any multi-collection pricing is applied automatically in your cart. Where sales tax applies, it's calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
We currently ship to US addresses only. Delivery details are in our Shipping policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they're delivered to the address you gave us.
Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, as set out in our Refund policy. This is in addition to your rights under the law where you live.
We take care to describe and photograph our books accurately. Colours on screen can vary slightly from print, and illustrations shown on the website may be cropped or adjusted for display.
The stories, illustrations, characters, text, logo and other content on this website and in our books belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to our pages. You may not copy, reproduce or sell our content without our written permission. Scripture quotations are used with permission of their copyright holders, as credited in each book.
Please don't misuse the website. That includes trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using automated means to copy its content. We may update or suspend the website at any time.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
This website links to other sites, such as Amazon and social media. We're not responsible for their content or policies.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in the United States or elsewhere, you keep the protections of the consumer laws where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. If you have a problem, please email us first. We'll always try to put it right.
