We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, territories and military addresses can take a few extra days.
Standard shipping is free on every order to a US address.
The Growing Heart Collection is on pre-order and will ship by November 25, 2026. Your payment is taken when you place your order. Every order is marked as a pre-order, with the ship-by date, in your order confirmation.
If anything delays us, we'll email you before November 25 with a new ship date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If you don't reply, we'll keep your order in place for the new date. You can still cancel at any time before it ships.
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
Order by December 10 for delivery before Christmas to any address in the contiguous US. For Alaska, Hawaii, territories and military addresses, please order earlier.
If you order two or more collections, they ship to the same address, usually together. To send collections to different people, please place a separate order for each address.

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email family@grownbygod.com and we'll sort out a replacement or a refund. See our Refund policy.
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can correct it any time before your order ships.
